ET Project Management

This module provides the knowledge and skills related to the project management, especially in the field of Electronics and Telecommunication Technology.

Students will be equipped with industry’s challenges and complexities from the basics of project management.

Students will be able to practice the project plan and risk mitigation strategies, budget management and expenditure tracking as well project execution management until its closure.
