This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to identify types of motor
windings, to test electrical machines faults, to rewind single and three phase motors and to
rewind the transformer. It is intended for the students pursuing an Advanced Diploma in
Electrical Technology.
At the end of this module, the trainee will be able to:
1. Identify types of electrical machine windings
2. Test electrical machines faults
3. Rewind electrical machines
The pneumatic and hydraulic automation control systems are those which use compressed air or oils to transmit mechanical power or motion. The pneumatic systems uses which use compressed air while hydraulic systems use compressed oil. those systems are called electro-pneumatic or electro-hydraulic when their control is performed using electrial energy. These systems are commonly used in industustrial automation to control differents production processes, different machinery and in automobiles.
This workshop will provide different practical experiments for pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, electro-pneumatic and electro-hydraulic systems.
