I.               Introduction

Quality assurance unity regularly conducts activities to monitor the college's conformity to the quality standards and other guidelines as established by the supervising organs. Among the tools that help monitor teaching and learning activities, regular conduct of module progress to evaluate the college teaching progress vis à vis to both the academic calendar as well as the chronogram is done. So it is in this framework that our unit conducts and reports to the college the module progress.

This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to integrate the 
learners/internee in workplace for an industrial attachment program for this specific 
qualification. The module will allow the learner to investigate and secure industrial 
attachment place, deal with workplace challenges, comprehend the whole process of 
the industrial attachment program and be able to demonstrate the competencies 
acquired at school related with occupations within this qualification in the real 
workplace.

This module is intended for trainees pursuing Bachelor of Technology in Automotive Technology. It is intended for trainees pursuing Bachelor of Technology in Automotive Technology. At the end of the module, the trainees will be able to assume responsibility of planning, scheduling, supervising and conducting maintenance and repair of Electrical and Electronic systems for heavy vehicles and preparing technical specifications.
