This module describes the skills, knowledge and
attitude required to Engage stakeholders in wildlife and landscape management.
The purpose of engaging stakeholders in landscape conservation is to ensure a
holistic, inclusive, and sustainable approach to preserving and managing
natural resources. This will be achieved
through conducting stakeholder analysis, planning landscape conservation
partnerships and its implementation.
This
module aims at equipping students with knowledge, skills, and attitude in the application
of conservation technologies. It emphasises on explaining the use of
conservation technologies in wildlife management;applying to equip wildlife
management technologies; and developing IoT-based environmental monitoring
projects. As a result, the students will be able to help the large society to
solve the conservation challenges with modern approaches.
