STATEMENT
This module describes the knowledge, skills and attitude required to manage one’s
performance and professional development. Emphasis is on establishing personal
work goals, setting and meeting priorities, conducting information analysis and using
a range of strategies to develop further competencies to meet the trending and
innovative market demands.
This module describe skills, knowledge and attitude required for a learner to design ,
build , operate and maintain any types of robot. This module is intended to student
pursuing advanced diploma in Mechatronics Technology. At the end of this module,
student will be able to convert an automation idea to a working robot starting from
writing down the specification for the final robot, design and develop different robot
parts , assembly the designed robot and finally program and test the robot

This module describes this kills; knowledge and attitude required to build and maintain SCADA Systems. This module is intended to students pursuing advanced diploma in Mechatronics. At the end of this module, students will be able to design SCADA System, implement SCADA System and maintain SCADA System.
This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to communicate effectively at the workplace. In fact, the trainee will be able to write trade related texts including essays and professional documents, describe events, deliver appropriately impromptu speech and perform professional interviews. The trainee will be able to read, listen and summarize effectively. Once this module is well delivered, the trainee will be equipped with necessary skills to communicate in English at workplace.
This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to install, program and maintain industrial automation system. This module is intended to students pursuing Mechatronics diploma. At the end of this module, the students will be able to Install and configure automation system, Program automation system and Maintain automation system. They will also perform routine diagnostic checks on automated systems, monitor automated systems, isolate problems and perform repairs.
