Electronics and Telecommunication Technology

This module aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of project management principles applied to the Electronics and Telecommunication, by enabling trainees to successfully navigate the industry’s unique challenges and complexities.

By the end of this module, trainees will be able to apply basic project management skills in conducting the preliminary feasibility studies, planning, managing time, scope, cost and resources, tracking the whole execution process, managing and adapting to changes, executing product test plans, conducting project meetings, reporting progress, preparing documents, presenting deliverables, and undertaking project closeout.
