This course of Hot Food Production is related to different stocks, soups and sauces preparation; meat and poultry; and fish dishes; vegetable, rice, pasta and starch dishes; egg dishes.
Ensure that the students will be able to welcome a guest and seat the guest in the Restaurant by using the right procedures and English phrases used in the hospitality industry.
The student should be able to know how to make reservation through the telephone in Restaurant
Purpose statement
This module aims at equipping the learner with skills, knowledge and attitudes required to apply advanced computer skills that facilitate effective learning at the workplace.
