This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to integrate the students/internee in workplace for an industrial attachment program or employment. The module will allow the learner to demonstrate supervisory skills at the workplace, get briefed on industrial attachment program, and develop one’s competences on the workplace.

At the end of this module, learners will be able:

1. To improve agriculture cooperative effectiveness,

2. Promote management of cooperatives and train board of directors and members.

3. Able to develop training for cooperative farmers

4. They will be able to be regrouped into a common cooperative formed on their willing.
