Moreover, the trainee will also develop and use communication techniques intended for the management of the complaints and ways of recording customer information.

This qualification focuses on providing skills, experience and confidence for those learners who struggle to make the most of technology to demonstrate creative thinking, problem solving and knowledge construction. It focuses on completing workplace tasks, such as creating documents with text, graphics and numerical information using commonly used tools such as: Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint. Also the leaner will have the skills on how to protect the data in the computer systems.
