Nyuma y’iri somo, uwiga azaba ashobora: gukoresha ubuvanganzo bw’abana atanga uburere bukwiye ku bana bato, gukoresha Ikinyarwanda cy’Umukangurambaga mu bugeni bw’iyamamaza no gukoresha Ikinyarwanda kiboneye akora ubukangurambaga ku ngingo zitandukanye.

This module describes the skills; knowledge and attitudes required to design, implement,
monitor and maintain hydraulics and pneumatics automation systems. It is designed
fortrainees pursuing Diploma in Electrical Technology.
By the end of this module, the trainee will be able to analyse and design industrial
processes using GRAFCET (Sequential Function Chart), install, test, commission, diagnose
(electro)pneumatic/(electro)hydraulic systems and prevent hydraulic/pneumatic system
from heating under minimum supervision.

This module describes the skills and knowledge required to use a computer in the workplace. After completion of this module, the trainee will be able to: Apply computer fundamentals; Use a current word processing package; Use current spreadsheet package; Use current Power Point presentations; Use Internet/Intranet (Outlook).

This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to identify, select and control electrical machines including three phase induction motor, single-phase motors, synchronous motor and AC generator (alternator). It is designed for trainees pursuing Diploma in Electrical Technology.

By the end of this module, the trainee will be able to identify, select and control the electrical machine either three phase induction motor, single phase induction motor, synchronous motor or synchronous generator.

This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to illustrate power semiconductor devices, apply power conversion techniques and recognize the application of power converters in electrical power systems. The main focus will be placed on the comprehension of the elementary power conversion structures, their operating principles, and waveform analysis. It is designed for trainees pursuing Diploma in Electrical Technology. By the end of this module, the trainee will be familiar with advanced techniques for conversion, control and monitoring of electric energy using power semiconductor devices.
