This course will assist the learner to get better understandings of basic principles of
hydrology and apply them in water resources management and water engineering. This course will provide analysis of the components of a hydrological cycle ( precipitation, evaporation, run-off) and relationship between these components.
This course provides the students fundamental principles and current practices in water processing, characteristics of surface water and groundwater, concepts and design of different unit operations and processes for treatment of water.
