technical, financial, and human resources to meet the project’s objectives within the constraints of
scope, time, cost, quality, and stakeholder requirements.
In simple terms, it ensures that a road project whether building a highway, dual carriageway, or
local access road is completed efficiently, safely, and to the expected standard.
