Road Project Management is the systematic application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques 
to plan, execute, and complete road infrastructure projects successfully. It involves coordinating 
technical, financial, and human resources to meet the project’s objectives within the constraints of 
scope, time, cost, quality, and stakeholder requirements. 
In simple terms, it ensures that a road project whether building a highway, dual carriageway, or 
local access road  is completed efficiently, safely, and to the expected standard.
