This Competency standard deal with the skills and knowledge required to identify industrial electric
motors, perform installation of DC and AC motor as well as maintain and troubleshoot industrial
electric motors. The trainee will be required to follow company guidelines as well as the procedure
for carrying out industrial motor installation.
