Purpose statement
This module is designed for students pursuing Advanced Diploma courses in MechatronicsTechnology. It
describes the skills, knowledge, and attitudes required to apply technical drawing. At the
end of this course, the learner will be able to use mechanical drawing instruments, materials
and equipment; apply lines and symbols used in drawing and perform 2 & 3-dimensional
drawing.
