Course information

This module deals with the fundamental of organizational behaviour in an organisational setting. The underlying objective of this module is the need for critical thinking and understanding of the nature of individuals, behaviour of people in the work setting and its components. The module will allow the student to: apply Organizational Behavior Concepts, execute individual contribution to organizational behaviour, apply motivational theories, implement job satisfaction theories, implement groups dynamics in organizations and manage conflict resolution.
