This module describes the skills; knowledge and attitude required troubleshoot irrigation
and drainage system. It is intended for learners pursuing TVET diploma of irrigation and
drainage technology. At the end of this module the students will be able to identify
drainage faulty components, repair or replace faulty components, clear drainage
blockages and complete troubleshoot of drainage system. Qualified student deemed
competent to this competency, may work with others in support of current professional
practice in marshland, hillside, small scale irrigation, garden, greenhouses under
guidance.
