This module describes skills, knowledge, and attitude required to design and develop an embedded system
product which includes the design and development of hardware parts and softawe parts. This module is
intended to students pursuing advanced diploma in Biomedical equipment technology. At the end of this
module, students will be able to convert an idea to electronic product/equipment expecially a biomedical
equipment prototype. Starting from writing down the sepecification require for the final product, writing
the software code for the product and finally have imformation about how to develop the printed cirtuit
board (PCB), an electronic product prototype will be develop.
