The module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to apply fundamentals of mechanics and thermodynamics related to biomedical equipment technology. At the end of this module, students will be able to describe, interpret, measure quantities, and apply the introductory concepts of basic mechanics, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and apply the concepts of waves and oscillators. The trainee will be able to analyze data and solve related engineering challenges.
