Purpose statement
describes the skills and knowledge requitred to maintain Computer System. The trainee
will be able to select and arrange different materials, equipment and tools used when
maintaining computer system. S/He will be able to maintain personal computer such as
desktop and laptop as well as the computer peripherals such as projector, printer, and
scanner, copier machine in order to enhance the full functionalityof computer system in
the working environment like offices, teaching environment, conferences, cybercafé,
restaurants, banks, airports, and many other sectors which require the use of ICT. In
addition s/he will be able to check, correct different faults (settings and hardware) and
test the desktop, laptop, projector, printer, scanner, and copier machine.
