This module aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of project
management principles applied to the Mechatronics industry, enabling
individuals to successfully navigate the unique challenges and
complexities of Mechatronics engineering projects.
By the end of this module, students will be able to apply basic project
management skills to project initiation, planning, managing resources,
execution, monitoring, managing changes, presenting deliverables, and
