This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to supervise road construction
works in conformity with all contractual documents including:
a. The Tender,
b. Technical Specifications,
c. Drawings (cross sections, profiles, plan view, structures and
route/itinerary diagram…)
d. Estimated Bill of Quantities,
e. Bill of prices or unit price schedule/description and price breakdown
f.
The time programme or Coherent Planning of execution works
including periodic catch up plan
g. Contractor’s Bid
h. Minutes of negotiation
