This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required toperform
BLASTING operation. This module is intended to students pursuing diploma in
Mining Technology. At the end of this module, the students will be able to
prepare the blasting site preparation, prepare blast holes, perform explosives
hole loading, firing a shot, effective checking of blast and Prepare Mining
operation technical reports under minimum supervision.
