This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to lead a farm production team. It is intended for learners pursuing TVET Diploma (RQF, Level VI) in crop production.
At the end of this module, learners will be able to organize a team, assign fair tasks to team members, improve the production process, adopt innovations and reward an effective team.
Qualified learners deemed competent to this competence may work alone or with others on routine tasks including creation of a crop production favorable environment, monitoring, and evaluation in crop production cooperatives and associations.
