This module is designed for students pursuing advanced diploma in Construction Technology. It describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to apply the safety precautions on scaffolding, erect metal and timber scaffold and Dismantle scaffold.
At the end of this module, students will be able to select the personal protective equipment, apply preventive measures, identify types of metal and timber scaffolds, select tools and equipment, assemble the metal and timber scaffold parts and identify dismantling techniques.
