
This module describes the skills, knowledge, and attitudes required to manage a team. Upon completion of this module, the trainee will be able to apply professional communication skills, including clearly describing the basics of communication, delivering a speech effectively, conducting an interview, and writing business letters, reports, and memos properly. Furthermore, the trainee will be able to apply team-leading skills,s including managing employees effectively, resolving workplace problems appropriately, and giving instructions and feedback effectively. Finally, the trainee will be able to manage meetings by acquiring the skills to prepare for, conduct, debrief, and follow up on meetings.
