This module aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of project management principles applied to the renewable energy industry, enabling individuals to successfully navigate the unique challenges and complexities of projects.
By the end of this module, the student will be able to apply basic project management skills to project initiation, planning, managing time and resources, executing, monitoring and control of progress, managing changes, executing product test plans, conducting project meetings, reporting progress, preparing documents, presenting deliverables, and undertaking project closeout.
