This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to provide operational support
to crop production cooperative. It is intended for learners pursuing TVET diploma (RTQF, Level
VI) in crop production. At the end of this module, learners will be able to guide in cooperative
activities, identify and provide solution to gaps and problems in cooperatives. Qualified learners
deemed competent to this competency may work alone or with others on routine tasks in crop
production farm cooperatives.
