Purpose statement

This module deals with the fundamental of organizational behavior in an organizational setting. The underlying objective of this module is the need for critical thinking and understanding of the nature of individuals, behavior of people in the work setting and its components. The module will allow the student to: Apply Organizational Behavior Concepts, execute individual contribution to organizational behavior, apply motivational theories, implement job satisfaction theories, implement groups dynamics in organizations and manage conflict resolution.
