This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to apply construction materials and make good decisions on the choice of appropriate materials to choose for a specific construction work. This module is intended for students pursuing a TVET diploma in quantity surveying. At the end of this module, the students will be able to identify various construction materials such as binding materials, concrete, craft-man construction materials and synthetic construction materials.
