Purpose statement
This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to manage Agricultural Nursery.
It is intended for learners pursuing TVET Advanced Diploma/RQF Level 7 in Crop Production.
At the end of this module, learners will be able to plan for nursery management operations, establish a nursery and supervise nursery establishment activities, organize and perform nursery maintenance activities and evaluate nursery activities. Qualified learners deemed competent to this competency may work alone or with others on routine tasks in Crop production farms, Agricultural research institutions, Agriculture Extension institutions, Training institution and Consultancy companies
