This module is introduced to help learners to identify real-world problems related to
construction industry and provide a tangible solution that can be implemented in
Rwanda society. The module requires different intellectual activities where leaners
start from theoretical plans and analysis of the existing problem, elaborate required
strategies for project development, and provide in-depth analysis for the intended
outcomes. At the end of the module, a final product will be presented and
disseminated to the public for the implementation.
