This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude to be acquired by the learner to prepare and bake bakery products; a learner will be able to mix technically bakery ingredients by using yeast dough products mixing methods, a learner will also acquire rich and lean yeast dough makeup, baking and as well as bakeries presentation techniques.
