This module describes the skills and knowledge required to prepare preliminary activities for Veterinary Clinical Assistant he/ she will be able to Identify and select material, tools and equipment for inspection of raw animal products and design slaughter house. He/she will be able also to apply animal products inspection techniques and make decision by apply bio security measures after all of she/ he will be able to record and report the case.
