Course information

This module describes the skills, knowledge and right attitudes required to design a monitoring and evaluation system of the business, establish an M&E System of the business and make an informed decision or inform decision-makers on the required change to improve and/or sustain a business.

This module will provide learners with opportunities to explore different business scenarios which can help them to monitor, evaluate and audit their own business or other’s business.
