This module provides trainees with the essential skills, knowledge, and attitudes needed to communicate effectively in English within a professional workplace. Delivered through digital platforms, interactive activities, and virtual resources, the module enables learners to develop competence in general English language skills, listening to trade-related speeches, speaking about professional topics, and reading trade-specific texts. Trainees will engage in online exercises, virtual discussions, and multimedia presentations to practice grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, comprehension, and communication strategies. By the end of the module, learners will be able to interact professionally in English, participate confidently in virtual and in-person discussions, deliver online presentations, and understand written trade-related materials effectively.
