This module describes the skills and knowledge required in Mining Legislation and Engineering Ethics.It describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required for the student to apply mining legislationand engineering ethics in various types of mining operations.
At the end of this module, the student will be able to apply; laws related to mining works, mining and quarry operations laws and subsequent legislations, and engineering ethics regulations to equip them with competences of the law and engineering principles code of Ethics.
