This module describes the skills, Knowledge and attitude required to manage the quality of highway construction materials.

At the end of this module, the trainees will be able to:

1. Determine unbound materials characteristic,
2. Analyse hydraulic bound materials characteristics,
3. characterize asphalt mixes and
4. Perform pavement evaluation tests.
