Process Travel Documents

This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to perform travel. 
documents checks in accordance to ICAO and IATA standards as well as the best industry 
practices. The trainee will be able to assist passengers with Visa requirements. 
application process as well as monitoring and communicating the outcome of the 
application process. In addition, the trainee will be able to process travel documents for 
deportees, inadmissible passengers and liaise with the relevant authorities to prevent 
passport and visa fraud.
