This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitudes required to design, construct, operate
and maintain the domestic biogas plant. It also describes the knowledge, skills and attitudes
required to operate and maintain institutional biogas plant. It is intended to students pursuing
Diploma in Renewable Energy.
At the end of this module, the student will be able to perform design and construction of
domestic biogas plant as well as operation and maintenance of both domestic and institutional
biogas plants.
