This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to the learner to valuate   
construction work, perform measurement of works, Prepare valuation of works done and 
assess variation orders of the projects. This module is intended for learners pursuing a 
TVETdiploma in quantity surveying. At the end of this module, the learners will be able to 
identify executed works, quantify executed works, compile documents to support an 
application , verify executed works, confirm quantities of executed works, draft valuation 
documents, identify additional works,quantify additional works and cost variation.
