This module is dedicated to second year students of agricultural engineering depatment, horticulture technology program. at the end of this module learners will be able:

•To carry out herbs, spices and aromatic plants establishment activities,
•To carry out herbs, spices and aromatic plants post planting operations and
•To carry out harvesting and post harvesting of herbs, spices and aromatic plants produce.
