Purpose statement
This module describes the skills and knowledge required to design and plan underground mine. This module is intended to students pursuing diploma in Mining Technology TVET level VI. At the end of this module, the learner will be able to Prepare the mine design work, Design the underground mine, Prepare mine production plans and Plan material handling equipment.
