The module will equip students with managerial skills to manage stakeholders in their tourism projects. Skills that will enable them to identify relevant stakehoders, categorize and analyse them in accordance with project goals. Students will learn how to mobilise stakehoders to support a given project. The module will finally equip the future managers with skills on corporate social responsibility required to generally engage and mobilize communities around their operations.
