Roots and Tubers Cropping

This module describes the skills and knowledge required to apply cropping and harvesting techniques applied to the roots and tubers crops (Irish potato, sweet potato and cassava mainly grown in Rwanda. The module will allow the learner to establish, maintain and harvest roots and tubers crops.
