INSURANCE MARKET ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT

This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to assist business parties to manage insurance market environment. It is intended for learners who have successfully completed the level 4 in business services or its equivalent and pursuing level V in Business Services or applying for recognition of prior learning or other related qualifications. At the end of this module, learners will be able to learn about the Insurance Company products, conduct a risk assessment and liaise with other insurance professionals. Qualified learners deemed competent to this competency shall have ability to take responsibility for the carrying out of a range of defined activities in business services under non- directive supervision.
