Assisting the sign of transaction process

This module describes the skills, knowledge and attitude required to assist the sign of
transaction process. It is intended for learners who have successfully completed the level 4 in
Business services or its equivalent and pursuing level V in business services or applying for
recognition of prior learning or other related qualifications. At the end of this module, learners
will be able to assist in real estate ownership transfer, assist parties to handle queries and prepare report and File supporting documents. Qualified learners deemed competent to this competency shall have ability to take responsibility for the carrying out of a range of defined activities in business services under non- directive supervision.
