•The hospitality industry unlike many other economic sectors faces a number of legal issues; form its dealings with the guests, suppliers, intermediaries, employees, insurers, and regulatory authorities including taxation bodies. This therefore places the appreciation of the legal issues at the core of success in hospitality management. This module thus focuses on some of these legal issues in the management of hospitality facilities specifically the providers of sleeping accommodation.
