PURPOSE STATEMENT

This module describes the skills, knowledge and right attitudes required to design a monitoring and evaluation system of the business, establish an M&E System of the business and take informed decision or inform decision makers on the required change to improve and/or sustain a business. This module will provide learners with opportunities to explore different business scenarios which can help them to monitor and evaluate their own business or other’s business.

Proper selection and design of the M & E tools to measure indicators in accordance with the goals

Accurate definition of the responsibility, data flow and data management as per organizational structure
