PC MAINTENANCE & TROUBLESHOOTING

The aim of this module is to ensure learners understand the organizational issues related to computer systems maintenance. Learners will develop the skills and knowledge required to plan and to undertake routine maintenance, repair activities, monitor and improve systems performance. In this module students learn about personal computer hardware and operating system software. Practical experience will be gained in the maintenance and repair of both the computer’s hardware and its key software components.
